BCSS Vs WSH Level A

တခ်ိဳ႔က သိပ္နားမရွင္းလို႔ နည္းနည္းေလာက္ ရွင္းျပပါရေစ။

BCSS (Building Supervisor Safety Course) ဆိုတာ Saefty Supervisor course မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ ေဆာက္လုပ္ေရး လုပ္ငန္းမွာလုပ္တဲ့ စူပါဗိုက္ဆာမွန္သမွ် (ဥပေဒအရ) အဲဒီသင္တန္းတက္ဖို႔ လိုကိုလိုအပ္ပါတယ္။ (Ref: WSH Act:

Duties of employers

12.—(1)  It shall be the duty of every employer to take, so far as is reasonably practicable, such measures as are necessary to ensure the safety and health of his employees at work.

 (3)  For the purposes of subsection (1), the measures necessary to ensure the safety and health of persons at work include —

(e) ensuring that those persons at work have adequate instruction, information, training and supervision as is necessary for them to perform their work.)

BCSS ဆုိတာက အဲဒီလိုအပ္ခ်က္အတြက္ construction supervisor ေတြကို သင္ေပးတဲ့သင္တန္းျဖစ္ပါတယ္။ သူတို႔အေခၚ mandatory course ပါ။

ဒါေပမဲ့ safety supervisor လုပ္ခ်င္တဲ့သူေတြက်ေတာ့ သင္တန္း သပ္သပ္ရိွပါတယ္။ အဲဒါကို WSH Level A လို႔ အတိုေကာက္ေခၚၿပီး အဲဒီသင္တန္းေအာင္ရင္ Certificate in Workplace Safety and Health ထုတ္ေပးပါတယ္။ ဒါက မတက္မေနရ တက္ရမဲ့ mandatory course မဟုတ္ပါဘူး။ Safety supervisor လုပ္ခ်င္တဲ့သူေတြအတြက္သာ ျဖစ္ပါတယ္။

ES Workplace Literacy (Reading, Writing, Listening & Speaking) and Numeracy Level  4 or Secondary 2 education;  AND 2. Have completed ES WSH or equivalent;  AND/OR 3. Hold a WSH related appointment
